These terms govern your use of Event Banners and any order you place. By using the site or placing an order, you accept these terms.

Orders & pricing

• Prices are calculated from the dimensions, material, finishing and quantity you select. The final price is confirmed and recomputed on our servers at checkout.
• An order is confirmed only once payment is verified. We reserve the right to cancel and refund an order if a pricing or stock error is detected.

Artwork & responsibility

• You are responsible for the content, spelling and licensing of the artwork you upload. You confirm you have the right to print it.
• We check artwork for print-readiness (resolution and format) but do not proofread copy or design. Final print colours may vary slightly from screen.
• We will not print material that is unlawful, infringing or offensive, and may decline any job at our discretion.

Delivery

Production and delivery timelines are estimates. We are not liable for delays caused by third-party couriers or incomplete/incorrect delivery details.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any order is limited to the amount paid for that order. See our Refund Policy for how we handle print faults.
