Order information — the products, sizes and artwork you order, and your delivery address.
Payment records — we store a payment reference and status. Card and mobile-money details are handled by our payment processor (iPay) and are never stored on our servers.
Technical data — IP address and browser information, used for security, fraud prevention and rate limiting.

How we use your information

To create your account and authenticate you by email code.
To process, produce and deliver your orders.
To send transactional updates about your order (email, and WhatsApp only where you have opted in).
To provide support and respond to enquiries.
To protect the platform against abuse and fraud.

Sharing

We share data only with service providers that help us operate — our payment processor, email/messaging providers and hosting — and only as needed to deliver the service. We do not sell your personal information.

Retention & your rights

We keep personal data only as long as needed for orders, legal and accounting obligations. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us.
